St. Gerard’s Knights of Columbus is conducting a recycling fundraiser for our Faith Formation programs. There’s nothing to buy. We simply ask that you help to protect the environment by donating your used digital cell phone(s) and ink jet cartridge(s). Your used cell phone(s) may be tax deductible and will be recycled in accordance with EPA regulations or refurbished and sold. 100% of the proceeds will help fund St. Gerard’s faith formation programs.

We are also asking that, in addition to recycling your family’s cell phone(s) and ink jet cartridges that you contact at least four additional people – co-workers, neighbors, relatives, acquaintances – to receive donations of cell phones and ink jet cartridges from them. Once you have your collection ready, bring them to church and place them in the marked drop boxes by the various entrances. Other Knight volunteers will take care of the rest.

We expect our main focus in this drive to occur during the month of January but we will continue to recycle cell phones and ink jet cartridges as long as contributions continue.
